    "The Cobblestone Houses of Upstate New York", compiled by Dorothy Wells Pease. Research done in collaboration with Hazed B. Jeffery, supplemented with material furnished by Carl F. Schmidt, 1941. Reference the second paragraph on page 14.

    Original owner: Abel Post 1932. Subsequent Owners: Frank Stanton, Weider, Fred Kreszer, Vogel, as of 12/19/1961. Mr. Vogel removed front porch.

    The building is currently occupied by the business, The Horizon Group, Rochester New York's retirement specialists [May 2019].

    Added to the Town of Henrietta Historic Sites on March 2021.
